1. Apply with the doe-foot applicator, brushing evenly over lips. Layer thickly for bold opaque color, or smudge with a fingertip immediately after application for a softer wash of color. Let set for the transfer-resistant finish. Remove with a cleansing balm/oil (does not remove with water alone).
